I was craving something sweet with peanut butter! Reeses Peanut Butter Cups just weren't doing the trick, so I decided to whip up these "cookies" at 8 in the morning and they hit the spot. Brought the extra ones to work the next day ... lets just say they didn't last very long. I love making things that I can throw ingredients together and forget about them until later. This is the perfect recipe for quick and easy "cookies" and hit your chocolate/peanut butter craving!
