Lemon Blueberry Drop Scones

These are really good fruity scones to serve at a dinner party. They're a bit lower in fat than other scone recipes as well. They're super moist, and have a nice authentic "scone" taste! The lemon and blueberry compliment each other very nicely in this recipe.  Lemon Blueberry Drop Scones Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1/3 cup sugar 2 t baking powder 1 t grated lemon peel 1/2 t baking soda 1/4 t salt 1 cup lemon yogurt 1 egg 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 cup fresh OR frozen blueberries Glaze Ingredients: 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 T lemon juice 1/2 t grated lemon peel In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, lemon peel, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine the yogurt, egg and melted butter. Stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Fold in blueberries.  Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto a greased baking sheet. Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Oh me, oh my! These are like a soft version of an oreo, but bigger and better!! Super quick to make if you have a chocolate fix as well. Nothing better than a chocolate cookie, cream cheese filling, topped with another chocolate cookie. Heaven. Chocolate Sandwich Cookies Ingredients: 2 packages devil's food cake mix 1 cup canola oil 4 eggs Filling: 1 package cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup butter, softened 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1 t vanilla In a large bowl, combine the cake mixes, oil and eggs until well blended. Roll into 1-in balls. Place 2 in apart on ungreased baking sheets. DO NOT FLATTEN. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until set. Cool for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks (cookies will flatten as they cool). In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Beat in sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread on the bottom half of the cookies; top with the remaining cookies. Store in the refrigerator.  Oh yes...it real
