Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

Super easy & yummy week day dinner. As long as you have some pre-cooked chicken & broccoli lying around, wont take long at all.  A lot healthier for you too, since most alfredo is made from cream cheese & butter, this doesn't use either of those & has amazing flavor.  Ingredients: -3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, grilled & cut into chunks -2 Cups Roasted Broccoli (i just tossed mine in oil & garlic & threw it in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes) -8oz Fettuccine -2T Olive Oil -2t Minced Garlic -2T Flour -1 Cup Chicken Broth -1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt (not flavored) -1/4 Cup Skim Milk -1/4t Pepper -1 Pinch Nutmeg -Grated Parmesan Cheese Directions: Cook Pasta according to directions. Drain & set aside.  In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil & add garlic, cook until the garlic is golden. Whisk flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth, greek yogurt, milk, pepper & nutmeg. Bring to a low boil, stirrin
